We consider our employees to be the most important resource and key factor for the success of our company. Therefore, the value of the combination of youth and experience is recognized, so one of our strategic goals is to connect with educational institutions and organizations for young people.

Traditionally, we organize numerous visits by high school students and university students to our distribution center and offices, with the aim of giving young people the opportunity to become more familiar with the business we deal with, the company and work processes.

By organizing case studies, we give students the opportunity to work together with our colleagues to solve practical tasks and thus apply the knowledge acquired during studies, but also to complete and expand it by working on a real example from business. These are just some of the ways that DTS supports young and ambitious people in their career development and advancement.
